Now, what about those chocolates? These milk chocolate cubes have a delicate bee design on the outside, and decadent ganache on the inside. The ganache is flavoured with Hampshire’s renowned New Forest Honey and artisan-made muscovado sugar.

We source our honey from members of the New Forest Beekeepers Association. Their bees forage on a range of heather and wildflowers, and this gives their honey an aromatic bouquet and superb flavour. Our muscovado sugar (aka Barbados sugar) is also an artisan ingredient, with complex, toffee-like flavours.
