They don’t just look pretty special…these chunky hand baked biscuits feature New Forest honey, Vale of Camelot butter & stoneground flour from Eling Tide Mill. Traditional stone milling adds character and mouthfeel which greatly enhances flavour. Rich churned butter from the Vale of Camelot adds a layer of nuttiness whilst New Forest Honey gives a light floral tone; all of this is offset by a gentle hint of (organic) lemon zest which we grate by hand.
This is a rich, slightly crumbly biscuit between shortbread and a cookie that your taste buds won’t forget. The perfect accompaniment to a sweet cappuccino, warm espresso or crumbled on top of rich chocolate ice cream.
Each biscuit is handmade and engraved with a beautifully detailed bee, honeycomb or pot of honey. Winnie would approve!
All packaging is biodegradable – that includes the bag itself, as well as the stickers. On this point at least, you’ll feel guilt-free!
