New Forest Honey Chocolates Taster Box

If you like honey and you’re partial to a chunk of chocolate, then you’re going to love our New Forest Honey Chocolates.

These milk chocolate cubes have a delicate bee design on the outside, and a decadent ganache on the inside. The ganache is flavoured with Hampshire’s renowned New Forest Honey and artisan-made muscovado sugar.

We source our honey from members of the New Forest Beekeepers Association. Their bees are free to forage on a range of heather and wildflowers in the Hampshire National Park, and this gives their honey an aromatic bouquet and superb flavour.

Our muscovado sugar (aka Barbados sugar) is also an artisan ingredient. Its production process is labour-intensive but well worth it for the complex, toffee-like flavours it creates.
