The Rosary Goat’s Cheese in our sandwiches is made near Salisbury. It has an inherent natural acidity and a creamy texture. We pair it with Irish Black Butter, a non-dairy spicy apple conserve, it is truly a marriage made in heaven and one very tasty sandwich!
