The Hidden History walking tour by SEE Southampton is typically 1.5 hour long and takes you through Southampton’s past…filled with more secrets than you ever imagined! You will explore the city’s Medieval Vaults, the D-Day Wall, Medieval Quarter, the Western Walls, St Michael’s church and more. The Mayflower and the Speedwell departed from Southampton 400 years ago, therefore the stories around the Pilgrim Fathers are also included in the tour. SEE Southampton guides are accredited members of The Institute of Tourist Guiding, Tourism South East and received the Highly Commended Award for Excellence by The Beautiful South.

This guided walking tour departs from the Bargate several times a week. Tour tickets issued as part of this gift set are valid through to Dec 2021 and can be redeemed directly with the operator. Details will be sent to you after purchase.

Our gourmet, handmade Clementine & Whisky Preserve boasts 1.5% Whisky – it sure gives your palate a big hug! This artesan spread is delicious on breakfast toast or used in desserts like sponge pudding or with custard. Or try it with rice pudding or vanilla ice cream! Made in Southampton in small batches, without preservatives, colourants or gelling agents. Gentler and sweeter than marmalade, this rich handmade preserve with a kick of Whisky warms your palate.

In keeping with the Southampton theme, a fine bone china mug is included in our Walk on Mug gift set. From an original design by local artist Rachel Reynolds, this fine bone China mug features a giant sycamore from Southampton Common and is presented in a box, wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper to avoid any breakages.
